Training Location

Our home gym setup includes a full weight rack/cage, fighting dummy, dumbbells, mats, etc.. Train here at no extra cost.

Alternatively a coach can come to your residence, and train you in the privacy of your own home. 

A 6'x6' clear space is recommended.
